    Pastiera Napoletana – Traditional Neapolitan Easter Tart

    I firmly believe that traditions play an important role in our lives, I am a big fan of innovation as well, but for sure traditions need to be preserved. With traditions come also traditional recipes and festive recipes of course. I live in Italy, which perhaps is the country with the strongest Catholic influence, and not matters if you are a believer or not, Easter is one of the most important feast days. Today I am giving you my version of the famous Pastiera Napoletana, which is a special tart made in the beautiful city of Napoli during the Easter period.
